Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 6 euros
Europe and the rest of Spain: 15 euros

(Customs charges are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer).


If for any reason the article you received does not conform to what you were hoping you can proceed to return or change the item.


Here’s how to do it.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items, within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, and you will receive a refund or you can make a change. Whenever the article has not been used and is in its original packaging.

When a return is made the shipping costs are assumed by the consumer. NOU MOSCADA reimbursed the cost of the product once it has received it back and our team has valued the perfect state of the product, without use and in the original packaging.

Articles will be replaced or reimbursed after being evaluated by our team. We only accept online refunds for items purchased directly from noumoscada.com if you purchased a product in one of the authorised distributors of NOU MOSCADA, contact the store to manage the change or return. Gift Voucher refunds are not accepted.



1. Contact us by email at info@noumoscada.com, indicating your name, order number, delivery code and reason for the return.

2. Once the information is verified we will contact you to explain how to proceed to the forwarding of the product according to the method chosen. You must do this by forwarding the following address:

NOU MOSCADA El Macià S/n 08510 Masies de Roda Barcelona.

3. The article should be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Within 15 days from receipt we will process the return of the charge made by the purchase (without the shipping cost) by the same means with which it was effected.



In this case NUTMEG will pay the shipping costs for return of defective product.



NOU MOSCADA is not responsible for the tariff taxes applied when returning items from international destinations. The shipments must be categorised to the post office or transport company as “items returned with warranty”.
